PROPERTIES
SimpleBAU Deep Penetrating Small Molecule Primeris a deep penetrating emulsion based on an acrylic dispersion.
It penetrates strongly into the subsoil, thereby promoting its consolidation
and seals it at the same time. It prevents the excessive intake
of water, which protects the subsoil from the damaging effect of
from moisture. Strengthens the surface of walls, floors, ceilings, equalises different absorbency properties.
of the substrate and protects against harmful chemical reactions.
SimpleBAU Deep-penetrating, small-molecule primer improves the adhesion of adhesives and reduces paint consumption.
It improves the uniformity and time of binding in rendering
and filling work. After drying, a colourless layer is formed.
The product forms an excellent protective layer for screeds, facilitates conservation and prevents dust deposits. Improves
the mechanical load-bearing capacity of cement mortar.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
SimpleBAU Deep Penetrating Small Molecular Primeris a ready-to-use deep penetrating primer for old and new surfaces with high absorbency (walls, floors, ceilings) in interior and exterior areas of buildings.
The product is recommended for different substrate types,
such as: Concrete, aerated concrete surfaces, plasterboard, cement board, plaster, mortar and screeds.
SimpleBAU Deep-penetrating, small-molecule primer can be
be used in heated floor constructions.
PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE
The substrate must be dry, clean and free from dust, grease, old paint residues and loose particles that could impair adhesion.
of the primer may be affected.
Dirt and poorly adhering coatings must be removed and filled with a suitable material (e.g. plaster, filler).
PROCESSING
The product is supplied ready for use.
Apply the undiluted product to the substrate with a roller, tassel or by spraying in an even and thin layer.
If the substrate still shows absorbency after drying, repeat the priming.
Do not start painting, wallpapering, tiling and similar work until the emulsion has dried. The primer must form a matt surface after drying.
The drying time depends on the air temperature and humidity.
and is on average 4 hours after the application of the layer.
