I. To place an order:
Log in to the Store (optional);
Select the product that is the subject of the order, then click the “Add to Cart” button
Log in or use the option to place an Order without registration;
If you choose the option of placing an Order without registration – fill out the order form by entering the data of the recipient of the order and the address to which the shipment with the product is to be sent, select the type of shipment (the method of delivery of the product), enter the data for the invoice, if different from the data of the recipient;
Click the “Order and pay” button / click the “Order and pay” button and confirm the order by clicking on the link sent in the email.
Select one of the available payment methods and pay.
Any order placed in this way is treated as a contract of sale concluded over the Internet.
Each customer, regardless of the form of order (by phone or through the online store) accepts the following terms and conditions.

Wolfbouwmaterialen.nl reserves the right not to process orders that are questionable to us, e.g. incomplete address, no phone number, etc.
At the same time, we require each customer to provide a valid phone number and email address for contacting us about the order.
Prices in the store www.wolfbouwmaterialen.nl are displayed in euros and are gross prices (including VAT).
The company wolfbouwmaterialen.nl undertakes to inform its customers of price changes that may occur after the order has been placed. If in this case the price does not suit the customer, the order will be canceled.
II. Delivery
- Delivery of products is made within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Delivery costs of the Product depend on the weight of the goods (from 6,95 euros).
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form.
2. Products may differ from those pictured on the website wolfbouwmaterialen.nl . This is due to frequent changes in packaging designs by manufacturers.
3. The company wolfbouwmaterialen.nl is not responsible for the delivery time of the carriers (courier or postal company cooperating with our company).
4. In the case of delivery of services, the consumer has the opportunity to terminate the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
5. If the consumer exercises his right to cancel the contract, he shall at most bear the cost of returning the goods.
6. If the consumer has paid any amount, the company will return it as soon as possible, but within 14 days of the return or withdrawal from the contract at the latest.
7. The company will deliver accepted orders with due speed, but within 30 days at the latest, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. If the delivery is delayed or if the order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be informed no later than one month after placing the order. In this case, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract without costs and the right to possible compensation.
8. Check the package in the presence of the courier if it is damaged. If it is damaged, do not receive the package and write a protocol. Parcels are always secured with company straps. If they are damaged or missing, do not receive the package and write a report.
9. Any information about change of address, flavor, quantity and type of assortment is accepted by email or in the comments when placing an order.
10. Withdrawal of the order is possible until the order has a status of unfulfilled when the status changes to “order shipped”. Withdrawal is no longer possible, and all costs associated with non-acceptance of the package are borne by the customer.
11. wolfbouwmaterialen.nl is not responsible for delays in delivery due to incompetence of the courier company or post office.
12. We are committed to processing orders as soon as possible. In the event that a customer of the store refuses to accept the shipped product without prior contact, all costs incurred will be charged to him.
13. If the shipment is lost through the fault of the Post Office or courier company, we undertake to immediately file a complaint with the carrier.
14. In this case, the complaint period is extended by the time it takes the transport company to process the complaint.
15. wolfbouwmaterialen.nl undertakes to refund the lost goods or the monetary equivalent within 7 working days of receipt of compensation from the aforementioned carrier. Refunds are always made by wire transfer to the account previously indicated by the person making the claim.
III. Complaints and guarantee
- All our products are new and originally packed.
- Complaints should be reported in writing or electronically to the Seller’s addresses in these Regulations or using the electronic complaint form, which is made available by the Seller on one of the Shop’s subpages.
- It is recommended to submit the complaint description of the defect, circumstances (including date) of the occurrence, details of the customer making the complaint and the customer’s request in connection with the defect of the goods.
- Goods returned as part of the complaint procedure must be shipped after you contact us and specify the place of shipment.
- Complaint / return / exchange will take place upon presentation of a valid receipt / invoice.
- The returned goods cannot be opened or damaged.
- If the customer receives a damaged parcel from the courier or postman, he always does so at his own risk.
- The return or exchange of goods is always at the customer’s expense.
- The condition for refunding money to the account is that the goods are intact (the packaging is undamaged and none of the seals have been cut).
- Complaints will not be considered if the product is open.
11. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days without giving reasons.All costs of returning or exchanging are paid by the customer. You will get your money back if all products are not open yet otherwise we will not accept them.
IV. Personal data in the online shop
- The administrator of customers’ personal data collected through the online shop is the seller.
- Personal data of the Customer collected by the administrator through the Online Store are collected to implement the Sales Agreement, and if the Customer consents – also for marketing purposes.
- The recipients of personal data of the customers of the Online Store may be:
a. In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the delivery method by post or courier, the Manager shall provide the Customer’s personal data to a selected courier or intermediary who carries out the shipment at the Manager’s request.
b. In the case of a Customer using the Online Store with the method of electronic payments or with a payment card, the Manager shall provide the collected personal data of the Customer to the selected entity performing the above payments in the Online Store.
- The Customer has the right to access and correct his data.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, but if you do not provide the personal data mentioned in the regulations required for the conclusion of a sales contract, this contract cannot be concluded.
V. Final provisions
wolfbouwmaterialen.nl reserves the right to change the Rules and recommend customers to re-engage with them when placing a new order, as each purchase leads directly to acceptance.
If a solution of the Rules is legally recognised as invalid by a court, the remaining rules remain valid.
